1. Acceptance and Service Provider

By creating a RunnerVPS account, placing an order, completing payment, or using any delivered device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the rules shown on the order confirmation page. If you place an order for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

These Terms are entered into by you and the operating entity of the RunnerVPS platform. The order confirmation, plan-page details directly related to your selected configuration, and these Terms together form the agreement between the parties for the device rental. If the specific order record differs from general information, the configuration, location, rental period, and amount expressly shown at order confirmation will prevail.

You must keep your registration details, contact email, and billing information accurate and current. Notices about your account, orders, device access, or service changes will be sent through the console or to the contact email you provide. You are responsible for the risk of missing a notice because your information is no longer valid.

2. Service Description

RunnerVPS provides dedicated Mac mini Apple Silicon physical server rentals. Each order includes the device matching the selected model, location, rental period, and add-ons. Its computing resources and local storage are not shared with other renters; this is a physical server rental, not a virtual machine service.

The current catalog includes only two configurations: m4-16-256 (M4, 16GB, 256GB) and m4-24-512 (M4, 24GB, 512GB). Available locations are Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the US East, for a total of 5 locations. Actual availability is determined by the live results returned in the console when you place an order.

The service includes device delivery, basic network access, a device management interface, and basic support related to access and service status. You are responsible for choosing, installing, and configuring software, and for confirming that your code, certificates, dependencies, toolchain, and software licenses suit your workflow.

3. Orders and Rental Periods

You may choose a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rental period. Before submission, each order will show the model, location, add-ons, start and end times, and amount due; these details will be recorded in the console after the order is created. The rental period is the time shown in the order record.

An order is formed only after all required information has been submitted, payment has been confirmed, and the system has generated a valid order record. Device delivery status, access details, and subsequent status changes are governed by the console record; general information on the website does not replace the specific order confirmation.

Before the rental period ends, you must export any required data, retrieve build artifacts, remove keys, and clean up the environment. Continued use must be confirmed through a new valid order or the renewal process provided in the console; continued device connectivity alone does not extend the rental period.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices and charges are denominated and settled in US dollars (USD). RunnerVPS supports only USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex (via Stripe); the gateways actually available are those returned by the backend when you submit the order.

The price for a specific order is based on the model, rental period, location, and add-ons shown on the plan and order confirmation pages. Before confirming payment, you must verify the order details, payment network, amount, and billing information. You are responsible for costs caused by selecting the wrong network, address, or order configuration.

If payment fails, a transaction remains unconfirmed, or payment information requires further verification, the order may not be formed or proceed to delivery. If you believe a billing record is incorrect, submit a ticket through the console or email support@runnervps.com and include the order number, amount, payment time, and a transaction identifier that can be safely disclosed.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the RunnerVPS service to conduct or assist with unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, abusive network scanning, spam distribution, bypassing access controls, or other activities that threaten system or network security.

You must not use a device to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights; store or distribute content that violates applicable law; or disrupt the normal operation of infrastructure, other users, or upstream services through abnormal automation, bandwidth abuse, or sustained attacks.

If RunnerVPS reasonably determines, based on logs, complaints, technical indicators, or legal requirements, that an activity may create an imminent risk, it may require you to stop the activity, provide necessary information, or take mitigating measures. You must cooperate with investigations and submit only the redacted information needed to assess the issue.

6. User Data and Credentials

You are responsible for your code, data, accounts, certificates, signing files, software licenses, build caches, project dependencies, and backups. RunnerVPS provides device rental and basic connectivity; it does not replace your own version control, secret management, backup, or disaster recovery processes.

You must use unique credentials of reasonable strength, protect your SSH private keys, passwords, tokens, and certificates, and limit team-member permissions. Do not commit private keys, full passwords, or complete payment credentials to public repositories, ordinary ticket text, or uncontrolled logs.

Before the rental period ends, the device is handed over, or a team member leaves, you must revoke access no longer needed, remove accounts and keys, and export data that must be retained. If you discover leaked credentials or unusual login activity, immediately replace the affected credentials and contact support through a console ticket or support@runnervps.com.

7. Suspension and Termination

RunnerVPS may restrict access, suspend an affected device, or terminate the service in the event of payment failure, a serious security risk, a breach of these Terms, a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect the platform and other users. Depending on the urgency and feasibility, it will provide an explanation through the console or contact email when taking action.

For issues that can be remedied without allowing the risk to grow, RunnerVPS may require you to complete payment, stop the prohibited activity, update credentials, or provide necessary information within a specified period. It may take immediate restrictive action in cases involving ongoing attacks, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or refusal to cooperate with a serious security investigation.

You may stop ordering the service after the rental period ends. Termination or expiry does not waive payment obligations incurred before termination or extend the period for exporting your data; you must complete required backups and cleanup while you still have access.

For issues involving a specific device, order, or suspension, please first log in to theconsole and submit a ticket; if you cannot log in, contact the team at support@runnervps.com and provide the device identifier, order number, time the issue occurred, and redacted logs.

8. Liability and Updates

All RunnerVPS locations operate normally 365 days a year. Service may nevertheless be affected by events beyond reasonable control, your actions, your software configuration, third-party networks, third-party software, payment processing, or other external factors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RunnerVPS is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, lost opportunities, or other indirect losses arising from your code, incorrect configuration, unbacked-up data, third-party software, dependent services, or indirect consequences. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be handled under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform’s operating entity is located. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through reasonable communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it must be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

RunnerVPS may update these Terms due to changes in service features, risk controls, legal requirements, or operational processes. Material updates will be communicated reasonably through the console, contact email, or a prominent location on the website. Continuing to place new orders or use the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
