Plans & Pricing

Two dedicated M4 physical Macs. Choose a term for your workflow

Runner offers two Cloud Mac plans. Each order maps to a dedicated Apple Silicon physical node—not a shared virtual machine. Choose based on memory, SSD, task duration, and parallel workload, with pricing from $20.6/day .

Both plans are available across Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the US East Coast—a total of 5 locations. Live availability is shown in the console.

Two plans

Clear configuration boundaries, no guesswork

Both plans use M4. The difference is memory and local SSD. Runner M4 is built for standard development and light automation; Runner M4 Plus provides more room for higher parallelism, larger caches, and local model testing.

Standard development

Runner M4

Ideal for remote Xcode development, single-project testing, signing builds, light self-hosted runners, and short-term tasks requiring the full macOS graphical interface.

One configuration, four clear terms

Prices in the table are for the base machine and exclude optional SSD expansion and Thunderbolt 5 pairing. Before you order, the confirmation page lists the final amount by machine, term, and add-on.

Plan Configuration Daily Weekly Monthly Quarterly
Runner M4 M4 · 16GB · 256GB SSD $20.6 $55.7 $103.1 $280.4
Runner M4 Plus M4 · 24GB · 512GB SSD $40.8 $110.3 $204.2 $555.4
Pricing principles

All prices are in US dollars (USD). There are no additional configurations or unlisted rental terms; add-ons are charged separately according to the selected term.

Choose a term

Match the term to the task—not the other way around

The term changes how long the order is covered, not the machine’s CPU, memory, or SSD specifications. Estimate the task duration first, then choose daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing to reduce idle time after the project ends.

DAY

Daily: short tests and one-off troubleshooting

Ideal for checking Xcode compatibility, reproducing a build issue, reviewing a signing workflow, or using the macOS graphical interface temporarily. The task should be verifiable in a short period.

Short-term validation
WEEK

Weekly: release sprints

Ideal for a release preparation cycle, continuous regression testing, focused fixes, and short-term runner expansion. Your team can standardize its toolchain and build cache within the same week.

Release sprint
MONTH

Monthly: continuous CI

Ideal for running a self-hosted runner, maintaining long-term dependency caches, continuously producing tests and signing builds, and keeping a consistent project environment.

Continuous pipeline
QUARTER

Quarterly: stable workflows

Ideal for teams with a settled toolchain, location, and capacity requirement. Plan key rotation, cache cleanup, artifact backups, and handoff before the term ends.

Add-ons

Add capacity where you need it

Add-ons do not change the base machine name. SSD expansion supports dependencies, caches, assets, and build artifacts; Thunderbolt 5 pairing is billed per device and suits workflows that require device coordination.

Storage expansion

+1TB SSD

Ideal for tasks that retain multiple Xcode versions, dependency caches, simulator data, and medium-sized build artifacts.

Selection guidance

Start with the base SSD for repositories and standard dependencies; add capacity for large caches, assets, or model files. Transfer important build artifacts to your team’s own storage promptly instead of treating the rental node as the only backup.

Deployment comparison

Rental, self-owned hardware, and shared virtual machines differ by more than price

When deciding, review how costs arise, delivery requirements, resource isolation, and upgrade flexibility. Runner focuses on using dedicated physical machines for project-based terms, not replacing every long-term owned device.

Cost, delivery, isolation, and upgrade flexibility across three ways to run Mac workloads
Decision factor Rent RunnerVPS Buy hardware Shared virtual machine
Cost model Choose daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing; costs follow the project term. Pay for the equipment upfront, then continue paying for space, networking, and routine management. Usually billed by instance term, but verify shared-resource limits and configuration definitions.
Delivery readiness Choose the machine, location, term, and add-ons in the console; delivery records stay centralized. Complete purchasing, receiving, cabling, remote access, and device registration. Usually quick to create, but the underlying resources and host environment depend on the provider.
Isolation Each order maps to a dedicated physical node; compute and local storage are not shared with other tenants. Your team controls the equipment, with clear resource boundaries. Resources may run in a shared host environment and are not equivalent to a dedicated physical machine.
Upgrade flexibility Choose a different plan, location, or extra capacity for the next term. Upgrading usually means adding equipment, replacing hardware, or redeploying. You can switch instance sizes, but must revalidate performance, storage, and environment consistency.
Best suited for Project-based development, continuous CI, temporary scaling, remote experiments, and teams that need physical resource boundaries. Teams with stable long-term workloads, equipment management capabilities, and a need for on-site control. Workloads that do not require physical isolation and can accept a shared environment.
Location matrix

Both plans cover all 5 available locations

Runner M4 and Runner M4 Plus are available in Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the US East Coast. The matrix shows plan and location combinations in the catalog; live availability is shown in the console at checkout.

Choose a location

Stay close to your code and collaborators

Location affects interactive performance and file-transfer paths. Before choosing, check your code repository, asset sources, artifact destination, and the region where most team members work.

Operations

Runs year-round, 365 days

Nodes operate year-round. Your team should still maintain backups, access controls, and retry procedures for code, caches, keys, and build artifacts.

Access boundaries

One order per device

The device ID, location, term, and access details follow the order record. After receiving connection details, verify the device fingerprint before configuring SSH, VNC, and team permissions.

Billing

Check the amount, currency, and payment route once

Base machines and add-ons are priced in US dollars (USD). The page shows catalog pricing; the final order total combines the selected machine, term, and add-ons and can be reviewed before submission.

01

Settle in US dollars

All plans and add-ons are priced and settled in US dollars (USD), with no currency switching between locations.

02

USDT-TRC20

After choosing USDT-TRC20, complete payment using the amount and steps shown on the order confirmation page, and verify the network and order details.

03

Cards processed by Stripe

Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are supported. The available gateway is determined by the payment options returned when you submit the order.

Before you submit

Confirm the machine, location, term, SSD expansion, number of Thunderbolt 5 pairings, and payment method. After signing in, link order and technical issues to the specific device through console tickets.
